The 25 employees of the Customer Contact Center have years of experience in providing service to (end) customers. The department has recently been reformed in accordance with international guidelines, with attention to a good organization and internal cooperation in order to serve the customer even better.

Job description

 

  • As Contact Center Agent you are in contact with Miele customers in Belgium and Luxembourg. You help them by giving the right information and appropriate solutions whilst providing a qualitative service.
  • You handle incoming calls and emails of customers who might have a defective device. By listening attentively and asking the right questions you succeed in defining the problem.
  • You either provide a solution based on your knowledge of the device, or when confronted with technical issues you schedule an appointment with a Miele technician.
  • While not handling calls, you support your colleagues within the Contact Center with administrative tasks, answering emails, ...
  • You ensure good communication and reporting in order to promote the quality of the customer contact.
  • You report to your Team Leader within the Contact Center.

 

Profile

 

  • You preferably have a bachelor's degree.
  • You have just graduated or have a first work experience in a customer service center environment.
  • You are eager to learn, interested in technical products and like to work in a team.
  • Customers are successfully helped by your customer focus and flexibility.
  • You are enthusiastic, have a positive spirit and communicate fluently in Dutch, French and German.
