Lechler GmbH is headquartered in Metzingen, Germany. The company engineers, develops and manufactures liquid spray nozzles and systems of different materials for various industrial applications (metallurgy, food and beverage, chemical, cement, automotive, power plants) and is a world leader with an excellent reputation, with a footprint on all continents and a headcount of 700.


The Benelux sales, engineering and technical support organisation is located in Waver, with seven staff members, and is currently looking for a successor of the

Job description


  • You have a double role: on the one hand, you are responsible for the daily operations and profit and loss of the company in the Benelux. This implies overall supervision of both indoor and sales activities, controlling the KPIs, people management of the administration and sales force, and ensuring long-term business development in different industries on a higher level.
  • On the other hand, you have personal field sales responsibility in the very dynamic metallurgy market (ferro and non-ferro), which will take up approximately 50% of your time.
  • You cooperate with other international affiliates on a regular basis.
  • You work closely with the German HQ and the owners of the company, while developing and implementing the group’s marketing and business strategy in the Benelux market.




  • Master’s degree level or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline (preferably in process engineering, chemical or electromechanics).
  • A good understanding, experience or degree in business administration.
  • You are team-oriented, with a communicative leadership style.
  • You use the right mix of technical insight, commercial feeling and negotiation skills in technical sales.
  • You have good planning and organisational skills.
  • Good command of Dutch, French and English.
