Job description


  • You increase sales of WireSolutions steel fibres with existing and new customers in your territory in order to achieve defined sales objectives. You provide technical and commercial assistance to clients to make the best use of the innovative solutions.
  • You analyze the market, find new opportunities and identify new trends for new solutions. You explore customers’ needs and develop commercial arguments.
  • You plan your daily activity including customers to visit and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve. You create a time efficient plan.
  • You independently prepare contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
  • You follow up and report on claims, samples and other quality issues.
  • You participate in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products etc. and to discuss and resolve issues in the field.
  • You report the key sales figures to the head of sales.




  • You combine a master’s degree in engineering with at least 3 years’ experience in successfully selling construction materials and negotiating with construction companies and engineering offices.
  • You have a good knowledge of concrete technology or are willing to follow the necessary trainings.
  • You are able to detect technical problems and to implement technical solutions. You are an efficient solution provider.
  • You work autonomously and have the ability to plan and organize the daily routine in an efficient way. You focus your efforts and prioritize work in order to achieve goals.
  • You have the ability to easily make contacts and are able to work collaboratively with others.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
