Our international client is active in the industrial, transportation, telecommunications, computer, medical, consumer and clean tech markets.

Area Sales Manager (West-Europe)
International | Native French | Fulltime

The current team in the Netherlands is looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for business territories France, UK, Spain, Portugal and the Benelux. One of the major clients is located in France, therefore you must speak and write fluently in French. In this role, you are fully responsible for the development of your own territory with your own profit and loss balance. In addition, you will need to coordinate the sales for multiple factories around the world. As Area Sales Manager you will be based in the Netherlands and you will report to the VP Sales. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively generate new business with corporates and high-volume companies or agencies;
  • Key account management: develop an intensive relationship with your top 10 accounts, including account planning. This involves forecast, contact moments by phone and on location;


  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree is a plus;
  • Background in technology is a must;
  • Preferably experience in semiconductor or related business;
  • Solid sales track record in doing cold acquisition and managing client relationships;
  • Personality: entrepreneurial, energetic and eager to learn;
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work independently;
  • Ability to take own initiative and want to be responsible for your career growth;
  • Ambitious, willing to make a difference;
  • Willingness to travel:
  • You must be based in the Netherlands, and entitlements to work within Europe;
  • Native level French speaker, and excellent in English.
