Our Client is an international manufacturer of high quality products that support health and well-being, all in accordance with nature. The firm is a contract manufacturing company established almost twenty years ago. Over the years, it has developed a product portfolio and distribution channels that have helped to expand its business globally. It produces functional drinks, syrups, juices, tonics, oils as well as a variety of other formulas.Due to this ongoing development the firm is interested to hire a motivated and dynamic person to join their organization as:

HR Manager

Location: Lublin

Responsibilities:

  • End to end responsibilities of all HR procedures and processes in the company,
  • Preparing and executing annual and long-term plans for the HR department,
  • Leading HR processes in the company (recruitment, training, organization development, compensation, welfare),
  • Acting as a professional focal point for managers and employees on all levels (management consulting, career development, individuals personal needs etc.),
  • Supporting organizational change management, organizational communication,
  • Understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR approach that supports the business.

Background:

  • Experience in hands-on management of all HR practices including recruitment, compensation, training, performance evaluation and consulting managers. Multi-tasking skills and familiarity with HR processes,

Formal requirements:

  • University degree in related discipline,
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (within an organization),
  • Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking,
  • Knowledge of labor laws in Poland.

Personal characteristics:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data in decision-making process,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
  • Ability to motivate processes and influence without authority.
