Our Client is an international pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a motivated and experienced person for the position of:

Interim HR Manager

 

 

Position description:

  • Cooperation with Business Units Managers in terms of operational issues  (recruitment, coaching & developing)
  • Management of the team
  • Preparation & implementation of talent development policy
  • Be involved in establishing the annual local HR budgets
  • Responsibility for training and development plans, the compensation and benefits program, the performance management processes, the talent management processes
  • Define and execute the overall HR Strategy & Plan
  • Optimize and manage the remuneration policy and Comp & Ben package
  • Maintain relationships with third parties such as payroll and legal advisors
  • Talent Management and Talent Retention Policy
  • Careers and evaluation process management
  • Personal development & Training Plan
  • On-boarding and exit of people
  • Define and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program
  • Follow HR regulations and labor law changes and implement them
  • Advise & support to our executives and employees regarding HR matters
  • Personnel administration

     

Expectations

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Technical and functional understanding of and experience with different HR
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR
  • Confidential & diplomatic
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with international teams
  • Strategic thinker
  • Business & result driven
  • Empathy & Active Listening
