For our Client, an international company dynamically developing its sales activities in Poland we are looking for hands on and proactive candidates for the position of:

Regional Sales Manager (B2B sales)
Home office; frequent business trips throughout south – east Poland

Main responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation with both company clients (industrial sector) and distribution network;
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships and long-term cooperation with the clients;
  • Searching for new business opportunities;
  • Managing sales of the company products through distribution network;
  • Managing distributors’ sales teams;
  • Creating and executing sales strategy regarding assigned markets;
  • Close cooperation with product management team within the organization;
  • Negotiation of contracts and monitoring their implementation to insure clients’ satisfaction

General requirements:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales to industrial clients;
  • Practice in cooperation with distribution networks;
  • Proven track record in sales development;
  • Good command of English;
  • Goal- and  business-orientation, proactivity, creativity, effectiveness;
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Capacity to develop strong business relationship;
  • Higher education diploma.
