For our Client, international facility management company we are looking for:



The Head of Business Development is an important role as you will be responsible for maintaining and managing relationships to help the business develop. You must be able to draft a contract and negotiate its terms. Once the contract has been agreed, the head of business development is responsible for working alongside other members in the company in order to oversee the partnership and its success. You will be involved with things such as the development of the businesses services, creating new marketing strategies, generating sales leads and also negotiating and closing deals.

This type of job role involves a degree of sales and strategic thinking, as you will focus on obtaining new corporate sales accounts and meeting the sales targets.



  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
  • Monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relations with existing clients as well as obtaining new business in all relevant fields of service
  • Partnering with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Monitoring and controlling revenue, KPI, planning, reports, budgeting and all sales figures
  • Reviewing and controlling all Sales Team reports
  • Performing selection, professional development, training and motivation of top sales professionals in order to build a strong Sales Team
  • Implementing new processes in order to enhance the Sales Team
  • Publicly promoting the company’s publicity campaigns and initiatives



  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Proficiency in English language, commercial awareness and familiarity with the market
  • Master's degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience in the Facility Management is an advantage
  • Driving licence
  • Willingness to travel
