Sales Director Poland



The ideal Candidate should have the adequate sales experience and relevant market knowledge. He/she should have a proven track record in the B2B sales of technical products/solutions and proper understanding of sales processes in the business sector. The person is expected to have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, which should be combined with technical and fast-learning abilities. A strong competence in building long-standing relations in the market of responsibility is also required. People management experience or strong leadership skills are important for the role.

The chosen candidate must speak at least very good English or German. The position is based in Warsaw, readiness for frequent travelling to customers as well as to team members is required (40% of working time).


Key responsibilities:

  •  Direct responsibility for Sales of Business Fields: Façade and Interior
  •  Prepare, implement and develop a sales strategy
  •  Focus on sales and business development in many areas of activity while maintain margins and secure profits is a main role
  •  Overseeing and managing Sales Team members, spanned across country
  •  Establish sales objectives for Regions, Sales Representatives taking into consideration product mix and particular market potentials
  •  Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling prices by setting up proper price strategies while taking into consideration changing trends, economic indicators and competitors activities
  •  Maintain sales staff job results by guiding, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  •  Leading the subordinate team (defining and delegating responsibility and tasks, motivating and developing the team, as well as conducting regular employee evaluations)
  •  Utilize existing tools (ERP, CRM) to get information to be able to set up goals and proper strategies
  •  Able to forecast future sales, form sales plans and proof to steer Sales Team to deliver result
  •  Close work and cooperation with other managers to support and develop effective and efficient organization
  •  Contribute to team efforts through “doer” attitude.
