Are you a meticulous individual that has experience in providing excellent customer service looking to work in a fast-paced but friendly environment? Situated a short walk from Glasgow City Centre, our client is a multi-award winning and leading UK fleet management provider and are looking for you to join their team as a Sales Support Administrator.


What do I need to apply?


If you are a strong administrator with experience in customer service and complaints handling - you could be what we are looking for! We are looking for someone who is eager to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, someone who is able to anticipate and understand customer needs and possess strong communication skills. Attention to detail is pivotal as is being an adept problem solver, as you may face issues which require you to be reactive and pro-active in finding a solution.


What to expect?


You will be responsible for the management of the order to invoice process for allocated accounts. Your role will be varied in terms of tasks, to name a few would be to order vehicles, generate/issue financial paperwork to clients/partners in a timely manner, support sales staff with regards to incoming calls/general business/orders, request commission invoices, scan documentation onto the required system, update clients/partners on delivery timescales and relevant information relating to the order process etc. Although this role has a strong focus on administrative tasks, there is also the expectation to support the organisation in taking phone calls and you may also need to support reception from time-to-time! You will be surrounded by an encouraging and supportive team of colleagues that will assist you in your learning and development to ensure you are confident within your role and are able to thrive.
