A global strategic marketing role with a leading international healthcare staffing and services group, you will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement growth strategies worldwide.

About the role

  • Reports to the CEO to help set out growth strategies and improve customer and candidate acquisition on a global level.

  • Setting out an effective strategic marketing plan, with clear deliverables, that aligns to the wider business goals

  • Line management responsibility of a team of circa 10 to ensure business needs are met whilst cultivating a positive and engaging working environment [this sentence has been adjusted to remove reference to HOM]

  • Develop and implement a global brand development programme

  • Taking an active role in facilitating external strategic partnerships

  • Designing and delivering effective marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on digital channels

Experience required:


  • Understanding of long-term strategy while ensuring the short-term deliverables are being managed within a fast-paced, multiple-priority environment

  • Proven experience of successfully developing and implementing best-in-class customer acquisition and retention campaigns

  • Demonstrable evidence of effective budget management

  • Demonstrable experience of senior level stakeholder engagement in a large corporate environment

  • Demonstrable experience of managing digital campaigns

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering impact and achieving results

  • People management experience

  • Brand management experience


  • Knowledge of CRM systems

  • Experience/ understanding of the global recruitment industry

  • Experience/understanding of the healthcare industry

  • Professional marketing accreditation
